1. Why most people never start
Here is the truth nobody talks about: most aspiring entrepreneurs do not fail because their idea was bad. They fail because they never committed to an idea in the first place.
They spend weeks — sometimes months — researching, comparing, doubting. “What if someone is already doing this?” “What if nobody wants it?” “What if I invest time and it doesn’t work?” The overthinking loop becomes the barrier.
AI does not eliminate the risk of starting a business. But it dramatically compresses the time it takes to go from “I have no idea what to build” to “I have a validated concept and a pitch deck.” That compression removes the excuse.
Day 14 is about action. By the end of this lesson you will have done something most aspiring entrepreneurs never do — you will have committed to an idea on paper, tested whether it has a market, and built something you can show people.
2. Generate business ideas with Claude AI
Claude AI is exceptional at structured, contextual thinking. Unlike a generic search engine, it understands your personal context and generates ideas tailored specifically to your skills, location, and audience. Use this prompt exactly:
What Claude gives you
Claude returns a structured list — not a vague brainstorm. Each idea comes with a target customer, a monetisation model, and a resource list. This is the equivalent of a one-hour session with a business advisor, delivered in under 30 seconds.
Read through all 10 ideas. Do not dismiss ideas immediately. Let yourself sit with each one for a moment.
Shortlist your top 3. Ask yourself: which of these do I have genuine interest in? Which solves a problem I actually understand?
Choose one. Commit to it for this exercise. You are not signing a contract — you are taking the next step.
3. Validate your idea — the AI traffic light method
Choosing an idea is just the beginning. Before building anything, you want to know: does this idea have real demand? Are there competitors (which means the market exists)? And what would make your version worth choosing?

A green score does not mean success is guaranteed. It means the conditions are favourable. An amber score is not a stop sign — it is a signal to refine. Many of the most successful businesses in the world started as amber ideas that entrepreneurs refined into green ones.
4. Build your one-page business model with ChatGPT
A business model is simply a clear statement of: who you serve, what problem you solve, how you make money, and what you need to deliver it. ChatGPT is excellent at structuring this into a clean, beginner-friendly format.
