Go to framer.com and click Start for Free. Sign up — it takes about 30 seconds. Once you’re in, Framer AI will ask you to describe your website. This is your moment. Be specific.
Here’s the key insight: the more detail you give the AI, the better your website looks first time. Don’t just say “freelance accountant.” Give it your location, your services, your tone, and your target client. Use the prompt below as your starting point:
The website should include:

AI-generated websites look great, but the placeholder copy they come with is generic. Your website needs to sound like you — professional, warm, and specific to your audience. That’s where Claude AI comes in.
Open claude.ai in a new tab and use this prompt. Replace the bracketed sections with your actual details:

Once Claude generates your copy, copy each section and paste it directly into your Framer website. This takes about five minutes and transforms a generic AI-built site into something that genuinely represents your brand.

Setup steps:
Go to tidio.com and sign up free. From the dashboard, go to Chatbots → Create New Chatbot → AI Chatbot. Your first task is writing the opening message your chatbot sends to every visitor. Use this prompt to write it:

Once your chatbot is configured, go to Integrations → copy your embed code. In Framer, go to Settings → Custom Code and paste the embed code. Reload your website. Your chatbot widget will appear in the bottom right corner — live and active.

Write answers in first person, as if you ARE the business owner. Warm, professional tone throughout.
Once Claude generates your FAQ document, copy the content into a Word doc, save it as a PDF, and upload it to Chatbase. Click Train. Go to zapier.com, sign up free, and click Create → New Zap. Set your Trigger as a new submission from Tidio, Chatbase, or your Framer contact form. Set the Action as Email by Zapier — enter your email address and map the visitor’s fields into the email body. Publish the Zap. Use this prompt in Claude to help plan your full automation:

5 Quick Tips for a Better AI Website
Publish first, perfect later. A live website that’s 80% ready beats a perfect website that sits in your drafts for three months. You can always improve it after launch.
Be specific in your Framer AI prompt. “Freelance accountant in Lagos helping small business owners with bookkeeping” generates a much better website than “accounting services.”
Keep your chatbot welcome message short. Under 50 words. Visitors don’t read long welcome messages — they respond to a direct, friendly question that addresses their need.
Test your chatbot before going live. Ask it 10 questions a real client might ask. Fix any gaps in your FAQ document before visitors start using it.
Add your WhatsApp as a chatbot fallback. Not every question can be answered by AI. Always give visitors a direct route to reach you if the bot can’t help.
