DAY 21 OF 30
You Don’t Need a Developer, a Budget, or Any Technical Experience — AI Does This For You
Welcome to Day 21 of the Fecund Circle 30-Day AI Masterclass. This is the final lesson of Phase 3 — the Build AI Track — and we’ve saved one of the most life-changing sessions for today.
If you’ve never built a website before, that’s fine. If you don’t know what a chatbot is, you will by the end of this guide. If you’ve been running your freelance or small business entirely on WhatsApp — today changes that.
Here’s the reality: right now, clients and customers in Lagos, Birmingham, London, Accra, and everywhere in between are searching online for the services you offer. If they can’t find you, they hire someone else. The only barrier between you and those clients is a professional website — and AI just made building one a 20-minute task.
In this guide you will build a real, live website and an AI-powered chatbot that handles client enquiries while you work, sleep, or spend time with family. Then you’ll connect everything to an automated notification system so you never miss a single lead. From zero to a fully functioning online business presence — in one session.
- A laptop or desktop computer (mobile works for reading, but not for building)
- A reliable internet connection
- An email address for signing up to free tools
- 45 minutes of focused time
- Your business name, services, and location ready to type in
Cost today: £0 / ₦0 — every tool in this tutorial has a completely free plan.
The Day 21 Process at a Glance
Here is exactly what you’ll be doing today — five tools, five steps, one complete online business system:
🎯 By the End of This Guide, You Will Know How To:
- 1Build a professional business website using Framer AI — from a single text prompt, in under 10 minutes
- 2Write human-quality website copy using Claude AI — no copywriting experience needed
- 3Add a live 24/7 AI chatbot to your website using Tidio — installed in minutes with a simple embed code
- 4Train a chatbot on your own business content using Chatbase — so it answers client questions accurately
- 5Automate lead notification emails using Google Flow — completely free, so you never miss an enquiry
- 6Understand how to add professional video to your site with VideoExpress — one-time payment, permanent upgrade
Two People. Same Day. Completely Different Outcomes After Day 21.
Throughout this lesson we’ll follow two learners — Kemi and James — who represent the thousands of people who use these exact steps every day to build their online presence. Their stories will help you see exactly how to apply each tool to your own situation.
Running her accounting business entirely through WhatsApp. Sending her services list manually to every single enquiry. Answering the same questions daily — “How much do you charge?”, “What do you offer?”, “How do I book?” No website meant clients searching online never found her. Leads were going to less-qualified accountants who simply had a website.
Kemi’s Accounts & Advisory is now live at a real URL. Her website has a home page, about page, services page (bookkeeping, tax returns, business advisory), and contact page. A Tidio chatbot greets visitors, answers common questions, and collects their name and email automatically. Google Flow emails Kemi the moment a new enquiry comes in.
Two years of VA experience, zero online presence. His only tool was a PDF sent to every potential client by email. UK entrepreneurs searching for virtual assistants online couldn’t find him — he was invisible to Google. Proposals were getting no responses because he had no credibility markers online.
James VA Services website is live. It includes a portfolio section, three clearly priced service packages, client testimonials, and a Chatbase chatbot trained on his full services FAQ. The bot qualifies incoming leads — asking their budget, timeline, and task type — before James ever has to speak to them.
The 6 AI Tools You’ll Use Today
Here’s everything you’ll need. Don’t worry about signing up to all of them right now — you’ll do that step by step as we move through the guide. Everything marked “Free” has a free plan that covers everything in this tutorial.

Google Flow is an AI-powered automation platform from Google. Think of it as a digital assistant that watches your website and sends you a message the moment someone fills in your chatbot or contact form. It’s completely free, requires no coding, and takes under 10 minutes to set up. We’ll cover it in Step 4.
What is Framer AI?
Framer AI is a website builder that uses artificial intelligence to generate a complete, professional website based on a text description you provide. You don’t need to design anything, drag anything, or code anything. You describe your business in plain English, and Framer builds the website for you — including layout, colours, sections, and placeholder content.
How to get started (step by step):
-
Open your browser and go to framer.com. You’ll see a purple “Start for Free” button on the homepage. Click it.
-
Create a free account using your email address or Google account. This takes about 30 seconds.
-
Once you’re inside, click “New Project” then select “Start with AI”. This opens the AI website generator.
-
You’ll see a text box that says “Describe your website…” — this is where you type your AI prompt. Use the prompt below. Replace the bracketed sections with your real details.
-
Click Generate and wait 15–30 seconds. Framer AI will build your entire website automatically.
-
Review the generated site. Click any section to edit text, change colours, or move elements around. Don’t spend too long on this right now.
-
When you’re happy with the basics, click the Publish button (top right corner). Your website is now live on the internet with a framer.app link. You can connect a custom domain later.
Your Framer AI Prompt — Copy and Customise:
The website must include these 4 pages:
1. Home page — with a strong hero headline, a short tagline, and a Book Now button
2. About page — who I am, my experience, and why clients choose me
3. Services page — listing 3 of my services with short descriptions and prices
4. Contact page — with an enquiry form and a WhatsApp contact button
Design preferences:
– Clean, modern, and professional
– Colour scheme: dark tones with [your brand colour] accents
– Tone: trustworthy, approachable, and expert
– Mobile-friendly layout
Target clients: [describe who you want to attract]
Kemi’s Example — See What a Filled-In Prompt Looks Like:
Create a professional website for Kemi’s Accounts & Advisory, a freelance accounting service based in Lagos, Nigeria.
The website must include these 4 pages: 1. Home page with the headline “Expert Accounting for Lagos Businesses” and a Book a Consultation button. 2. About page explaining Kemi’s 8 years of experience with small and medium businesses. 3. Services page listing: Monthly Bookkeeping (₦35,000), Annual Tax Returns (₦60,000), and Business Financial Advisory (₦80,000). 4. Contact page with an enquiry form and a WhatsApp button linking to +234 xxx xxxx.
Design: dark green and gold colour scheme, modern professional layout, mobile-friendly. Target clients: small business owners, market traders, and startups in Lagos who need professional financial management.
What Your Website Will Look Like (Structure Overview):
The most common mistake beginners make is spending hours tweaking the design before publishing. Publish your website first. A live website that’s 80% complete is infinitely more valuable than a perfect draft that nobody can see. You can update your website at any time from the Framer dashboard.
Why You Need to Replace the Default AI Copy
When Framer AI builds your website, it fills it with generic placeholder copy. This copy is often vague, repetitive, and doesn’t reflect your real business. Clients can tell the difference between a site that feels personal and professional versus one with copy that reads like a template.
Claude AI will write every word of your website copy in under two minutes — tailored specifically to your business, location, tone, and target audience. This is one of the most powerful things you’ll do today.
How to use Claude AI for website copy:
-
Open a new browser tab and go to claude.ai. Sign in with your email or Google account (free).
-
Click the message box and paste the prompt below. Fill in every bracketed section with your real details before sending.
-
Read through what Claude generates. If anything doesn’t sound right, type “Make the about section more personal” or “Make the services section more direct” — Claude will revise it instantly.
-
Copy each section from Claude. Go back to your Framer website and click on the text you want to replace. Paste Claude’s copy in. Repeat for every section.
Your Website Copy Prompt for Claude AI:
I need copy for these sections:
1. HERO HEADLINE
— 8 words maximum
— Attention-grabbing and benefit-focused
— Tell the visitor exactly what I do and for who
2. HERO SUBHEADLINE
— 20–25 words
— Expand on the headline, emphasize the result clients get
3. ABOUT SECTION (80–100 words)
— Written in first person (I am, I help, I have)
— Warm, professional, and credible
— Mention my experience, my location, and what makes me different
4. THREE SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
— Each with a title and a 30-word description
— Focus on the benefit to the client, not just the feature
— Include a suggested price placeholder
5. CALL-TO-ACTION BUTTON TEXT (5 words max)
6. FOOTER TAGLINE (10 words max)
MY DETAILS:
– Business name: [Business Name]
– What I do: [describe your service]
– Location: [your city and country]
– Target clients: [who you help]
– My experience: [years of experience or credentials]
– Tone: professional but warm and approachable
Kemi’s Real Example — What Claude Generated:
Hero Headline: “Accounting That Grows Lagos Businesses Properly”
Hero Subheadline: “Professional bookkeeping, tax returns, and financial advisory for Lagos entrepreneurs who want more clarity and less stress around their money.”
About Section: “I’m Kemi — a chartered accountant with 8 years of experience helping Lagos businesses get their finances in order. I’ve worked with market traders, tech startups, and everything in between. I know that as a business owner, your time is money. That’s why I handle your numbers with precision, so you can focus on growing what matters. Based in Lagos, I work remotely across Nigeria.”
Service 1: Monthly Bookkeeping — “Never lose track of your income again. I record every transaction, reconcile your accounts, and deliver a monthly report you can actually understand. From ₦35,000/month.”
Before vs After — Why This Step Matters:
“Welcome to our company. We provide excellent services for your business needs. Our team is dedicated to helping you succeed with our wide range of professional solutions.”
Result: Sounds generic. Clients don’t trust it.
“Accounting That Grows Lagos Businesses Properly — Professional bookkeeping and tax returns for entrepreneurs who want clarity around their money.”
Result: Specific. Credible. Clients feel seen.
If the copy Claude generates doesn’t feel quite right, simply reply with specific feedback. For example: “The about section is too formal — make it sound more like I’m talking to a friend” or “The headline is too long — cut it to 6 words.” Claude will revise it immediately. You can go back and forth as many times as you need.
What is a Chatbot and Why Do You Need One?
A chatbot is a small chat window that appears on your website — usually in the bottom right corner. When a visitor opens it, an AI responds to their questions instantly, like a 24-hour receptionist. Without a chatbot, visitors who have questions at 11pm on a Tuesday simply leave your website. With a chatbot, they get answers immediately — and you capture their contact details.
Today we’ll set up two complementary chatbot tools:
- Tidio — your general chatbot widget that handles greetings, common questions, and lead collection
- Chatbase — a smarter chatbot trained specifically on your business FAQ document
Part A: Setting Up Tidio
-
Go to tidio.com and click Get started for free. Sign up with your email.
-
Complete the onboarding by selecting Chatbot as your primary goal.
-
In the dashboard, go to Chatbots → Create New Chatbot → AI Chatbot.
-
Write your chatbot’s opening message. Use Claude AI to write this — copy the prompt below into Claude first.
-
Set up your chatbot’s key response flows: pricing, how to book, turnaround times, contact details, WhatsApp fallback.
-
Go to Integrations → Website. Copy the embed code snippet that appears.
-
Return to your Framer website. Go to Settings → Custom Code → Body (end). Paste the Tidio embed code. Save and republish. Your chatbot is live.
Chatbot Welcome Message Prompt for Claude AI:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Give the chatbot a friendly, professional name that fits my brand (suggest one)
• The message must be under 50 words total
• Warmly greet the visitor
• Briefly explain what the chatbot can help with
• End with ONE specific question to start the conversation
DO NOT:
• Sound robotic or corporate
• Use overly formal language
• Ask multiple questions at once
MY BUSINESS:
– Business name: [your business name]
– What I do: [your services]
– Location: [city/country]
– Primary goal of the chatbot: [answer questions / book appointments / collect contacts]
How Your Chatbot Will Look on Your Website:
Part B: Chatbase — Training a Smarter Bot on YOUR Content
Tidio is excellent for greeting visitors. Chatbase takes it to a higher level — it lets you train a chatbot on a document you create, so it can answer very specific questions about your business with accurate information.
-
Before setting up Chatbase, use Claude AI to write your Business FAQ Document. Use the prompt in the section below. Save it as a PDF.
-
Go to chatbase.co. Sign up free. Click New Chatbot.
-
Select Upload Files and upload your FAQ PDF. Alternatively, click Text and paste your FAQ directly.
-
Click Create Chatbot. Chatbase reads your entire document and trains the AI. Takes 20–60 seconds.
-
Test your bot. Click Preview and ask it questions like “How much do you charge?” and “How do I book?” — it will answer using your exact content.
-
Go to Connect → Embed on website. Copy the script code. Add it to your Framer site the same way you added Tidio.
FAQ Training Document Prompt — Use Claude AI:
Write 15 questions and detailed answers covering:
1. What services do you offer and what is included?
2. How much do your services cost?
3. How do I get started or book a consultation?
4. How long does the work take?
5. Do you work remotely or in person?
6. What information do I need to provide?
7. What payment methods do you accept?
8. What makes you different from other [business type]?
9. What happens in the first meeting?
10. Can I cancel or reschedule?
11. Do you offer refunds?
12. How do you communicate with clients?
13. Do you work with [specific client type]?
14. How long have you been doing this?
15. How do I contact you if I have an urgent issue?
MY BUSINESS DETAILS:
– Business name: [name]
– Services: [list your services]
– Location: [city, country]
– Experience: [your background]
– Payment: [how you accept payment]
– Response time: [how quickly you reply]
Write each answer in first person. Keep answers friendly, specific, and professional. Do NOT use placeholder text — write real, useful answers based on my details above.
You can use Tidio, Chatbase, or both on the same website. Many people start with Tidio (which is easier) and add Chatbase later once their FAQ document is ready. If you’re short on time today, set up Tidio first. Come back for Chatbase when you have 15 extra minutes to prepare your FAQ document.
What is Google Flow?
Google Flow is a free AI automation tool from Google. Think of it as an invisible assistant that watches your website 24/7 and sends you a notification the moment anyone fills in your chatbot or contact form. Without this, you could miss an enquiry for 12 hours. With Google Flow, you know within seconds.
Today you’ll set up one simple automation:
How to set up your Google Flow automation:
-
Go to flow.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
-
Click New Flow (or “Create flow” depending on your interface).
-
Set the Trigger: select Form submission or Webhook received — this is what starts the automation.
-
Set the Action: select Send email. Enter your email address in the “To” field. In the email body, map the visitor’s name, email, and message fields from the form data.
-
(Optional) Add a second action: Send email to visitor with an automatic confirmation message saying their enquiry was received.
-
Click Activate. Your automation is live. Test it by submitting a test enquiry through your own chatbot.
Google Flow Setup Prompt — Ask Claude for Help:
1. AUTOMATION DESIGN
Design a step-by-step automation workflow for:
– Trigger: When a visitor submits an enquiry via my website chatbot or contact form
– Action 1: Send me an email with the visitor’s name, email address, phone number, and their message
– Action 2: Send the visitor an automatic confirmation email
2. EMAIL TEMPLATES
Write me:
a) The notification email I receive (subject line + body template with field placeholders)
b) The auto-reply email the visitor receives (professional, warm, under 80 words)
3. ADDITIONAL AUTOMATION IDEAS
Suggest 3 other simple automations that would benefit my [business type] — I want to continue improving my workflow after today.
MY DETAILS:
– Business: [business name and type]
– My email: [your email]
– Response time promise: [e.g. within 24 hours / same day]
– Tone: [professional / friendly / formal]
Kemi: Every time someone asks her chatbot a question and submits their contact details, Kemi gets an email on her phone within seconds. She can follow up while she’s with another client, during lunch, or first thing in the morning. No lead falls through the cracks.
James: His Chatbase bot qualifies every lead first — asking their budget, task type, and availability. When a qualified lead’s details arrive in James’s inbox via Google Flow, he knows they’re already a good fit before he sends a single reply.
Here Is Exactly What AI Changed for Kemi — In One Afternoon

Tips, Tricks & Mistakes to Avoid
Publish first, refine later
A live website that needs tweaking is infinitely better than a perfect one sitting in drafts. Click Publish today. You can improve it tomorrow.
Be specific in your prompts
“Freelance accountant in Lagos who helps small business owners with monthly bookkeeping” generates a far better website than “accounting services.” Detail is everything.
Keep chatbot messages short
Under 50 words per message. Visitors won’t read long chatbot paragraphs. One greeting. One question. That’s it. Let the conversation flow naturally from there.
Test your chatbot before going live
Pretend you’re a client. Ask your bot 10 questions. Find the gaps. Fix them in your FAQ document. Then go live with confidence.
Always add WhatsApp as a fallback
Your chatbot can’t answer everything. Always give visitors a direct WhatsApp link in your chatbot flow. Never let them hit a dead end with no way forward.
Don’t skip Google Flow
It takes 8 minutes and costs nothing. If you skip it, you could miss an enquiry for 12 hours while someone else gets the contract. Set it up today.
Common Mistakes That Beginners Make on Day 21
Leaving the Framer AI placeholder copy on the website. Generic copy (“We provide excellent solutions for all your needs”) makes your site look automated and untrustworthy. Spend 10 minutes with Claude AI replacing every section with copy that sounds specifically like you and your business.
Training Chatbase on too little content. If your FAQ document has only 4 short questions, your chatbot will fail at most conversations. Write 15 detailed questions with full answers using the Claude prompt provided. The quality of your chatbot is directly proportional to the quality of your training data.
Spending too long designing before publishing. Framer AI gives you a working website in seconds. Don’t spend three hours choosing colours. Publish it. Send the URL to a friend. Get real feedback. Then improve it based on what actually matters to real visitors.
Not testing the chatbot from a visitor’s perspective. Open your website in a private browser window as if you’re a first-time visitor. Go through the chatbot conversation completely. You’ll spot missing responses, awkward messages, or dead ends immediately.
Beginner Questions — Answered
No — not immediately. Framer gives you a free domain that looks like yourbusiness.framer.app. This is a fully functional, shareable URL. When you’re ready to upgrade (usually a few weeks later), you can buy a custom domain (e.g. kemiaccounts.com) for around £10–£20/year and connect it to Framer in settings.
Yes — absolutely. Your Framer website is never “finished.” You can log into your Framer dashboard at any time, make changes, and republish in seconds. Nothing is permanent. This is one of the key advantages of using a modern website builder.
The free plan is fully functional for getting started — you get a live website, the ability to publish, and basic customisation. Paid plans start from around $5/month and include custom domains, more pages, and advanced analytics. You don’t need to upgrade until you’re ready.
Not directly in the free plans, but you can add a link to your Calendly, WhatsApp, or payment link within the chatbot conversation. For example: “Ready to book? Click here: [Calendly link]” — this is how most beginner business owners handle appointments.
Yes — Google Flow is a free AI automation product from Google. You sign in with a Google account and can create automated workflows at no cost. There’s no hidden subscription for the features we’re using today.
Try generating it again with a more detailed prompt — include specific colour preferences, style descriptions, and industry keywords. You can generate as many versions as you like. Alternatively, click any section in Framer to manually adjust the layout, font, or colour until you’re satisfied.
Yes — Chatbase supports multiple languages including French, Spanish, Portuguese, and others. If your clients communicate in a language other than English, you can write your FAQ document in that language and Chatbase will respond in kind.
No. Every tool in this guide was specifically chosen because it requires zero coding. If you can type a message and click a button, you can build everything covered in Day 21. Thousands of beginners with no technical background have done exactly this. You can too.
Your Task for Today
-
1Go to framer.com right now. Use the website generation prompt from Step 1 to build your website. Replace every placeholder in the prompt with your real business details. Click Publish. Your website must be live before you sleep tonight.
-
2Add at least one chatbot — either Tidio or Chatbase. Use the chatbot welcome message prompt to write your opening message with Claude AI. Embed it on your website. Test it by asking it 5 questions a client would ask.
-
3Take a screenshot of your live website URL — the link in your browser that shows your published Framer site. Drop it in the Fecund Circle WhatsApp community group. Our community will review your website and give you positive, actionable feedback.
Have a question? Drop it in the comments on the YouTube video below — Amara answers questions at the start of every session. Watch out for the Q&A in Day 22.
